The empire of the great Milenneha is dying, because the children no longer have time to daydream, instead they need school faculty and competitions. Tutu, the lovely kidnapper of the fantasy world, is trying to save his home from the disappearance. His only hope is the ten-year-old Lóri, who would be sent by his parents to a full-time Self-Development and Schooling Competences Enhancing and inhabiting summer school. In the era of computer games, there is little time left for children to imagine fire-breathing blue dragons of flexible size or to invent a whole new flavor of ice cream! Tutu and his fellow monsters help Lori get through to the fantasy world together to prove that childish imagination is capable of anything, even to free Lóri's parents from the bondage of apathy.
